Consorcio Austral (or Magallanes H2V Holding Spa) is a Chilean developer of projects to produce green hydrogen. It was born under the wing of Consorcio Eólico, the main developer of wind projects in the south of Chile (since 2008) with 437 MW under construction and/or operation, and with more than 9,500 MW in feasibility evaluation or currently under development, in addition to a team of about 120 collaborators with diverse knowledge and experience.

The EDF Group (Électricité de France) is France's state-owned electric utility and a world leader in low-carbon power generation. With a strong commitment to the fight against climate change. EDF's purpose is to promote a new forward-looking and carbon neutral energy model through innovative solutions and projects that accelerate the energy transition. The EDF Group has been present in Chile since 2014 through its subsidiaries EDF Chile and EDF Renewables. EDF Chile, mainly focused on the development of hydrogen and energy storage projects, is developing the Energía Verde Austral project, 50 km north of Punta Arenas, with the objective of producing 570 thousand tons of green ammonia per year.
Address: Julia Garay Guerra 685, Punta Arenas.
Since 2014, EDF Renewables Chile, a subsidiary of the EDF Group, accompanies the country in its energy transition through the development, construction and operation of renewable projects, acting as a strategic partner in the country's goal of moving towards a sustainable future free of carbon emissions. Together with its partners, EDF Renewables Chile owns and operates 290 MW of installed wind and solar capacity in the country. In addition to its projects in operation, the company has a portfolio of 1.5 GW of renewable and hydrogen projects under development, including the Punta Delgada project, located in the same area, which expects to produce 1 million tons of green ammonia per year.

HNH Energy is represented by a consortium of partners specialized in the development, construction and operation of renewable projects and their respective infrastructures in different parts of the world, including AustriaEnergy, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners and Ökowind. With the common goal of seeking solutions that contribute to climate change and energy transition, they are developing the project that has the potential to make the energy, agriculture, mining and transportation industries more sustainable, also contributing to the transformation of Magallanes as a development pole for people, knowledge and technology. The HNH Energy project will be located in the commune of San Gregorio, taking advantage of the unparalleled conditions of the Magallanes Region to produce hydrogen and green ammonia. To this end, since 2019, it has been working on the development of the project, committed to establishing an early relationship with the communities, contributing to local development and conducting each of its processes with social and environmental responsibility. HNH Energy, pioneer energy from Magallanes.

TEG Chile -whose parent company is the English company TEG, Transitional Energy Group- is a national company that develops technologies and infrastructure to make the energy transition a reality, oriented to the production of sustainable energies that contribute to global decarbonization. TEG Chile is a company born in and for Magallanes, which is creating a distinctive development in the Green Hydrogen industry. TEG Chile has its focus in Tierra del Fuego, specifically in the communes of Porvenir and Primavera, where it will develop the project "Gente Grande" in an area of 38,000 leased hectares, which seeks to export between 1.3 and 1.5 million tons of green ammonia to international markets; and thus, seeks to be an active agent in the construction of a new global energy paradigm.

The H2 Magallanes Project is developed by TotalEnergies H2, a French company distinguished by its ability to secure, finance, build and develop renewable energy projects on an international scale. With activities in more than 130 countries, the wind of Magallanes and the search for new sources that facilitate decarbonization and energy transition, are the factors that allow us to visualize the commune of San Gregorio, due to its central and strategic location, as a pole of Green Hydrogen projects at a global level. The projection of TotalEnergies H2 is to develop in this extensive commune, a Green Hydrogen project and its derivatives in two stages, which initially allow to reach up to 5 GW of wind power, for the production of H2 and NH3.
