Among the strategic industries analyzed at the meeting, green hydrogen stood out as a proposed engine of economic, social and environmental development for the Region of Magallanes and Chilean Antarctica.

H2V Magallanes was represented by Mario Marchese, Antoine Liane, Joan Leal and Marcela Diaz.

Mario Marchese, President of H2V Magallanes, participated in the workshop "Decarbonization and local development: Experiences of leading territories in Latin America", where experiences and practices of Latin American regions and cities that have positioned themselves as focal points for the development of green investment projects were shared.

In the space Mario Marchese shared with authorities such as Maximiliano Proaño, Minister (s) of Environment; Diego Pardow, Minister of Energy; and Jorge Flies, Regional Governor of Magallanes, along with representatives of the private sector as Marcos Kulka, Executive Director of H2 Chile; Fernando Monteverde, President of Siemens South America, and Christian Gischler, Energy specialist and Hydrogen Focal Point of the IDB.
